All prices are subject to change without notice, please contact our office for current pricing. Prices are conditional if problems, blockages or obstructions arise, and wll be discussed with the customer before work is started.

Fireplaces (masonry or pre-fab): $110.00-$125.00

Oil, natural gas, propane heat, or kero: $110.00-$125.00

Freestanding Wood, coal or pellet stoves: Start at $145.00 (We clean the stove, the pipes and the chimney. Most companies will NOT clean your stove for you.)


Wood, coal or pellet inserts: $150.00 to $300.00 (Price varies depending on whether the stove must be pulled out of the fireplace.)

Inserts with linings to the top or with clean-out doors: $145.00-$175.00 (If we don't have to pull the stove, it costs less to clean. Again, the stove cleaning is included.)

Relining, Damper Repairs/Replacement, and Waterproofing: Free estimates by appointment.

General Chimney Inspections:
$70.00 for the first chimney flue in the home
$35.00 each additional flue inspected in the same home.
A safety inspection is always included in the price when we clean a chimney.
