Fireplaces (masonry or pre-fab): $95.00-$110.00

Oil, natural gas or propane heat: $95.00-$110.00

Freestanding Wood, coal or pellet stoves: $105.00-$125.00 (We clean the stove, the pipes and the chimney. Most companies will NOT clean your stove for you.)

Wood, coal or pellet inserts: $150.00 to $300.00 (Price varies depending on whether the stove must be pulled out of the fireplace.)

Inserts with linings to the top or with clean-out doors: $105.00-$125.00 (If we don't have to pull the stove, it costs less to clean. Again, the stove cleaning is included.)

Standard Service Call Charge: $45.00 (We do NOT add this to the cleaning price when we come to your home to clean your chimney. It is a standard service call fee to send a technician out to a home to inspect or just check a chimney problem).

Relining, Masonry and Waterproofing Repairs: Free estimates by appointment.

VA/FHA/HUD Mortgage Inspections:
$70.00 for the first chimney flue in the home
$35.00 each additional flue inspected in the same home.
A safety inspection is always included in the price when we clean a chimney.

Add 6% PA Sales Tax to all prices (EXCEPT Masonry work).
